Happiness Cottage

Happiness Cottage is in Piddlehinton, in the Piddle Valley, near Piddletrenthide. It has a sitting room with a TV and a kitchen/diner, and it sleeps four in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a cloakroom with a basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi is included, but the TV is a smart TV only. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The wood burning stove is not to be used.

The rear garden is enclosed and rises in levels, with a lawn, decking and furniture. Because the garden is uneven, the cottage takes babes in arms and children over 5 only. Inside, a staircase of 13 stairs twists, so take care. Parking is off-road. The pub is 0.2 miles away and the shop 3 miles.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, kept downstairs and off the furniture, and a second dog can be enquired about. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a couple, or a family with older children, who like to walk to the pub and have a garden for a dog.
