Tradewinds

Tradewinds is a first-floor apartment in a period Grade II listed building at Brewers Quay on the harbour in Weymouth. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining space and sitting room, and its Georgian bay window looks over the harbour. The apartment is reached by stairs.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size double and a twin with single beds. The one shower room has a cubicle, basin and WC, and can be entered from the hallway or through the twin bedroom. The beds have feather duvets. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are a TV, a DVD and CD player, and WiFi.

One car can use the allocated space in the shared, raised rear parking area. A cot is available, but guests bring their own cot linen. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the maximum is four people. The harbour and Hope Square close to traffic for the Fayre in the Square around the late May bank holiday and the Wessex Folk Festival in early June, with some parking restrictions. A seven-night minimum applies from May to September. It suits a couple or a small family who want the harbour on the doorstep.
