Trinity Cottage

Trinity Cottage is a two-bedroom period property on a quiet pedestrian path in the heart of Weymouth, a short walk from Brewers Quay and the harbour. A pub and a shop are 200 metres away and the beach is 0.5 mile.

The living room at the front has a Smart TV and a wood burner. The hallway runs through to a dining room with a large country-style table, and the kitchen beyond has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge and a microwave. A utility room off the kitchen holds the washing machine and a freezer, and gives access to a downstairs WC.

On the first floor, the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. The main bedroom is a double with a bay window and sea views over the harbour, and the second is a twin room with 2ft 6in beds that looks onto the back garden.

A small patio at the front looks out to sea. At the back is a south-facing, enclosed courtyard garden with coastal planting and garden furniture. The cottage faces a pedestrian path, so there is no parking directly outside; cars can be left on nearby streets. Dogs are not allowed in the cottage. The cottage suits a couple or a pair of friends who want a base in the town centre, with a bedroom looking over the water.
