Tuppence View

Tuppence View is a contemporary house for four on several levels in Swanage, with a roof terrace that looks across the bay. The pub is 200 metres away, and the shop and the beach are 300 metres off. Up to three dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply.

You reach it by a long flight of external steps from garage level, which brings you to the first floor. Here there is a master suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and sea views, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen and dining room are on the same level, with a breakfast bar and a table for four.

Upstairs is the lounge, with large windows, glass doors and a telescope for stargazing. The upper deck leads off it, with a glass barrier and furniture for eating outside. The kitchen has a double electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a Smart TV in the lounge and a TV and Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and a welcome pack is provided.

There is private parking for three cars and a small yard at the side of the house. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Guests bring their own beach towels. The house is on several levels and has a long flight of steps at the entrance, so it suits a family or a couple with dogs who are comfortable on stairs.
