Two @ No36

Two @ No36 is a first-floor apartment in Weymouth, directly opposite the beach. The living and dining room faces the sea, with a bay window over Weymouth Beach, a Smart TV, board games and a dining table for four. The flat is reached by stairs, and the building has no lift.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size, and a twin that also faces the sea. The only washing room is a shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower, a handheld shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

Behind the flat is a courtyard with a dining set and a sofa set, reached down a metal staircase, and other guests walk past it on the way to the rear of the building and the parking area. One car can park on site, with direct access from the car park, which has a height limit of 2.35 metres. The nearest extra pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion, a few minutes' walk away. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. Central heating is fitted, a portable fan is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. WiFi is available.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Festivals bring some road closures and parking restrictions. Three other apartments in the No36 group can be booked alongside this one, for up to 14 guests in total. It suits a couple or a family of four who want to be across the road from the sand and are fine with stairs.
