Victoria Heights is a second-floor apartment in a building completed in 2022, in Swanage, reached by a shared staircase. The beach, pubs and shops are within a mile. There is no outdoor space, although green spaces and the beach are within walking distance.

A generous hallway opens onto the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a central island, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and the lounge has a Smart TV. A utility room off the hallway holds a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The three bedrooms are a king-size with a TV and an en-suite shower room and WC, a double and a twin. A further bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC. The apartment is set within the eaves, so head height is restricted throughout, especially in the bedrooms, and care is needed around the beds.

The rear parking area has one off-road space, reached by a shared path. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. The apartment suits a family or a group of friends who want a modern apartment within a mile of the beach and do not need a garden.
