Victoria House

Victoria House stands in the middle of Weymouth, a three-minute walk from the beach and from the train station and six minutes from the town centre. The shop is 0.1 mile away, with the nearest pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.2 miles. The front door opens into the lounge, and the kitchen/diner sits beside it, with a washing machine, a microwave and a table for meals.

The house runs over three floors. A double bedroom is on the first floor, and the second floor has another double and a twin, which together take six guests. One family bathroom serves them all, with a bath and a walk-in shower. A cot and a highchair can be had on request. Just outside the kitchen, a small private courtyard has a table and chairs.

Parking is public: car parking is available nearby, and the nearest pay and display car park, Swannery Car Park (DT4 7TY), is a few minutes on foot. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house suits a family or friends who plan to leave the car behind and use the beach and station on foot.
