The kitchen and living area share one open-plan room, with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave, plus a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview. A welcome pack is provided, and the apartment has internet access. Heating is electric.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing table, a full-length mirror, blackout blinds and a wall-mounted TV with Netflix and Freeview. The second bedroom has two single beds, blackout blinds and a large chest of drawers with hanging space. The bathroom was renovated recently, and it has a full-size bath, a separate shower and a heated towel rail.

The parking space is allocated to the apartment, at the back of the building and reached by the service road. Bed linen is provided, and guests bring their own beach towels. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Dogs are not allowed. The apartment suits a couple or two couples who want one floor and a courtyard table.
