Victorian Town House

Victorian Town House has five bedrooms spread over four floors in Weymouth, with a shop 0.1 miles away, a pub 0.4 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. The ground floor holds a utility room, a cloakroom and a sunroom. The kitchen/diner and the living/dining room are on the first floor, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Two double bedrooms and two singles are on the second floor, and a third double on the top floor has its own cloakroom with basin and WC. Between them, the bedrooms sleep eight. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower but no WC. Alongside the washing machine there is a tumble dryer, and WiFi and a TV are provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Because of the layout there are lots of stairs, and the house is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Out the back is an enclosed patio with furniture. Parking is off-road for one car, in a space 7m 70cm long by 2m 10cm wide. For a second vehicle, the nearest long-stay pay and display car park is the Swannery car park, ten minutes on foot.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a group of friends or an extended family who are fine with climbing stairs and want plenty of bedrooms in one house.
