Vista Mare 1

The terrace at Vista Mare 1 opens off the king-size bedroom and has decking and furniture. The apartment is on the first floor, above a restaurant in Weymouth, with the beach just across the street. The open-plan living space combines a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and it has sea views.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The king-size has an en-suite walk-in shower, and the twin can be made up as a king if you ask in advance. A separate shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. In the kitchen there is an oven, hob, air fryer, fridge and dishwasher, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are in the rent.

Only children over the age of 5 are accepted, and there are no pets and no smoking. Electric bikes, electric scooters and mobility scooters are not permitted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The balcony and the fireplace are for decoration only and are not in use. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

The shop, the pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away. It suits two couples or friends travelling together, and it can be booked with Vista Mare 2 and 3 for up to ten guests in all.
