This duplex apartment on the third floor, above a restaurant in Weymouth, has a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds, and it sleeps four. The twin can be made up as a king if you ask in advance. The king-size bedroom is next door to the shower room, which has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC and is the apartment's only bathroom.

The open-plan living space has sea views, a kitchen with an oven, hob, air fryer, fridge and dishwasher, a dining table that seats four and a sitting area with plenty of seating. Heating, a TV and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

A shop and a pub are 0.1 miles away, and the beach is also 0.1 miles away, so most days out start on foot. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

Only children over 5 can stay. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and electric bikes, electric scooters and mobility scooters are not permitted. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The layout suits two couples or a family with children over 5, and the apartment can be combined with Vista Mare 1 and 2 for up to ten guests.
