Waters Edge Balcony Apartment sits in the Haven Complex at the southern tip of Swanage Bay, in Swanage. Views from the apartment take in the pier and Old Harry Rocks. The town centre, with its independent shops, cafes and restaurants, is half a mile away, and Durlston Country Park is just over a mile. Outdoor enthusiasts will find walks, cycling, rock climbing and water sports on the Isle of Purbeck, and walkers can join the South West Coast Path from Swanage.

The apartment is arranged over two floors. An entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where sliding doors open on to a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and the living area has a Smart TV with DVD and video. The two bedrooms are downstairs: a king-size and a twin, each with an en-suite shower room and WC and a porthole window with sea views.

Parking is in a private car port for one car, with additional visitor spaces. Residents of the complex share a garden with seating. Children over the age of 5 are welcome, but dogs are not.
