Waters Edge

Water's Edge has sea views stretching towards the Isle of Portland. It is a renovated three-storey house in Wyke Regis, on the south western side of Weymouth, on the edge of Portland Harbour in a quiet residential street. A small beach is right next to the door, and a front deck faces the water.

The kitchen has a dining area, and the downstairs is open plan, with a separate dining room as well. Upstairs on the first floor, the sitting room opens onto a balcony and a cloakroom sits on the same level. The second floor holds a double with an en-suite shower room, a single and a bathroom with a bath and shower over it, and the remaining bedroom is a twin. The kitchen has a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, and bed linen and towels are included. A cot and a highchair can be provided; guests bring their own cot linen.

The enclosed patio garden has furniture and a rear gate to the parking area, which takes one car, with additional roadside parking. There are four to five steps to reach the property. The Rodwell Trail runs just outside and leads into the town centre. The shop and pub are ten minutes away.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, the house is non-smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond comes with the booking. It suits a family or friends, up to five, who want to walk with their dogs straight from the door.
