Waters View

Waters View is a duplex apartment just off the High Street in Swanage. Beach, pub and shops are all within 100 metres. Three steps lead into the entrance hall, and the ground floor has a living room with a TV, an open fire and a bay window facing the sea, a dining room, and a kitchen and breakfast room.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. A shower room with WC is also on this floor. Stairs go down to the lower ground floor, where the three bedrooms are: a super-king that can be set up as a twin on request, a king and a double. The first two share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a corner shower, a separate bath and a WC. Heating is gas central heating.

A door from the kitchen leads to an enclosed courtyard garden with seating, reached by two steps. The apartment has one allocated on-street parking space on a one-way street, and a video doorbell is fitted. Waters View does not accept dogs. Guests can arrive from 4pm and need to leave before 10am.

Waters View suits a family or friends sleeping as three couples, since all three bedrooms have a double bed or larger.
