Behind the apartment, a lawned rear garden with a patio is shared with apartments B and C. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The sitting room has plush sofas and a TV. There are two double bedrooms, each sleeping two, and one has a TV. The bathroom is monochrome, with a bath and a handheld shower, and a compact walk-in shower is in the apartment hallway. The dining room has a table for six, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, while the apartment also has a washing machine. The fireplace is a feature only and is not connected to a gas supply. A cot and a high chair are available.

Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple or a family of four who are bringing up to two dogs.
