Weymouth Bay Apartment B

To reach Weymouth Bay Apartment B you climb about 15 external stone steps, with a handrail on one side, to the first floor. It stands right on the promenade at Greenhill, part of Weymouth, and the beach is two minutes away. The pub is five minutes away and the shop about ten.

All rooms lead off a central dining area. There are three double bedrooms, and one of them has a freestanding bath. The bathroom has a basin, a WC and a freestanding shower, and the separate sitting room has a decorative fireplace. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an under-counter fridge and freezer, and a washing machine, and there are a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available, and guests bring their own cot linen.

A garage has room for one car, measuring 8ft 9in wide and 7ft 2in high. The lawned rear garden and patio are shared with Apartments A and C, while the beach-facing garden belongs to Apartment A. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The apartment is best for a family or a group of friends who want three separate double rooms.
