Weymouth Bay Apartment C

Weymouth Bay Apartment C takes the second floor of a house at Greenhill in Weymouth, with sea views and the sandy beach two minutes away. The sitting room has a decorative fireplace, and there is a separate kitchen and a dining room where the whole party can eat together.

Getting up involves about 15 external stone steps to the first floor and a further 15 carpeted internal stairs to the second, both with handrails. The sleeping arrangements are three double beds, one of them in a room with a freestanding bath, so six can stay. Two bathrooms each have a WC, a basin and a freestanding shower. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an under-counter fridge and freezer, and a washing machine. There are a TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two well-behaved dogs are allowed, and the shared lawned garden at the back, with its patio, gives them room to play. The beach-facing garden is for Apartment A only, with no access through it. Parking is a single garage space, 8ft 9in wide and 7ft 2in high. Guests bring their own cot linen; a cot and highchair are available. The pub is five minutes away and the shop ten. Smoking is not allowed. It works for a family or friends who want sea views and a dog-friendly second-floor base.
