Weyside

Weyside is a maisonette over three floors in the middle of Weymouth. From the entrance a staircase climbs to the first floor, where the kitchen, a dining area with cushioned bench seating and two chairs, and a sitting area with two sofas and a Smart TV share the level with a cloakroom.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The king-size has an en-suite shower room, and the twin is served by a separate bathroom with a bath, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer, with an iron and a hairdryer also provided. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The parking bay is one space in an electric gated secure area, suited to a small or medium car; the entrance is 2.5 metres high and 3 metres wide. A public car park next to the building is the payable alternative, and guests can use it first while they get used to the gated bay.

There are two flights of stairs and no stairgates, so it is unsuitable for smaller children. No pets, smoking or vaping are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. There will be scaffolding and external works throughout October and November 2026. It suits friends or a family with older children who are comfortable with stairs.
