The three bedrooms are a king-size, a double and a twin. A single sofa bed for children under 12 can be added to the master bedroom on request. A bathroom on the first floor has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC, and a ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A cot and a highchair are available.

Newberry Gardens is a non-council car park about five minutes away that has Parking Eye.

Two pets are welcome and must stay downstairs at all times. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach is 0.8 miles. The cottage suits a family or friends travelling with up to two pets, and who don't mind parking on the road or a few minutes' walk away.
