Woodbine Cottage

Woodbine Cottage is a thatched, two-storey cottage in the village of Osmington. The ground floor has two sitting rooms, a kitchen/diner, a utility room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower over. Upstairs are a second double, a twin and a shower room with a walk-in shower, so three bedrooms sleep up to six guests.

A small side summer room gives extra seating and holds a spare fridge, but it is not heated; the rest of the cottage has central heating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, and the utility room adds laundry facilities. WiFi and a TV are provided, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a high chair and travel cot come with the cottage.

Outside, the enclosed rear patio has furniture. A shaded, enclosed garden sits further up some steps, and young children will need supervision on them. Parking is off-road. A shop and a pub are each 0.1 mile away, and a small convenience shop attached to a nearby dairy is under a mile.

One large dog or two medium dogs are welcome, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a family or two couples who want a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, with a twin and a double upstairs.
