123 On The Sea - The Cubby

On the Esplanade in Weymouth, The Cubby is a one-bedroom apartment for two, in a seafront building and up one flight of stairs. The shop, the pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away, and a lake is 0.5 miles off.

The stairs lead into an open-plan room where the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area share the space. The kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided, there is central heating, and the rent covers fuel and power, bed linen and towels. Christmas and last-minute breaks are offered as well as winter and off-season ones. The bedroom has a double bed, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, and it is the only bathroom.

There is no parking at the apartment. The nearest car parks, both pay and display, are at Weymouth railway station on King Street and at The Swannery, each about a five-minute walk.

Pets are not allowed, and neither is smoking. Good for a couple who plan to leave the car in a public car park and spend their days on the beach and the Esplanade.
