3 By The Sea

3 By The Sea is a one-bedroom apartment for two in Weymouth, where the pub, the shop and the beach are each 0.1 miles away. It is arranged over two floors, with the lounge/diner and kitchen on one level and the bedroom up a flight of stairs from them.

The bedroom has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. In the kitchen there is an electric oven, an integrated microwave, an induction hob, a coffee machine, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a flat-screen TV, and a welcome pack is included. Guests should bring their own beach towels.

The way in is through a shared hallway and four small flights of stairs. The apartment has no dedicated outside space, but shutters and glazed French doors open onto a Juliet balcony with views to the street, the beach and the coastline. Children should be supervised at the balcony, and some street noise is to be expected because the apartment is in the town.

Parking is on the street, and a permit is provided. No dogs are allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. It suits a couple who want to walk to the sand and the pubs and who are content with stairs both to reach the flat and to reach the bedroom.
