123 On The Sea - Victoria’s Place

Victoria's Place is a one-bedroom apartment at 123 On The Sea on the Esplanade in Weymouth, with the beach directly opposite. Large sash windows in the lounge and kitchen look across Weymouth Bay. The shop, pub and beach are each 0.1 miles away, and the lake is 0.5 miles.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge with icebox, a kettle and a toaster. The king-size bedroom is served by a shower room with a walk-in shower and a shaver socket. The apartment comes with a Smart TV, fibre WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels in the rent. A travel cot and high chair are available, and guests bring their own cot bedding.

One off-road space is set aside for a vehicle, and public pay and display car parks are about five minutes' walk away if you need more. Access is up two flights of stairs, so the apartment may not suit guests with reduced mobility. Smoking and pets are not allowed. It suits a couple or a solo traveller who want a seafront base a short stroll from the railway station.
