4 The Beaches

4 The Beaches is a first-floor studio-style apartment in Weymouth for two adults; children are not allowed. The double bed sits in the open-plan room alongside the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV. Large windows let in natural light, and a balcony with furniture gives a place to sit outside. The beach and a pub are both 0.1 miles away, a shop is 0.7 miles and a lake 1 mile.

The shower room has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. The apartment has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. WiFi is included, as are fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

Parking is by Zone F permit for one car, subject to space. The permit has to be displayed and left in the apartment when you leave, and pay-and-display spaces nearby include the Pavilion Theatre long-stay car park.

The booking rules are firm: no Sunday check-ins, no changeovers on 24 to 27 December, a maximum stay of 21 nights, and bookings within 48 hours are enquiry only. A Guest Information Manual is there to read on arrival. The booking carries a good housekeeping bond, and pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a couple who want one room, a balcony and the seafront close by.
