123 On The Sea - The Eaves

The Eaves is the top-floor apartment in a Georgian seafront building on the Esplanade in Weymouth, built in the early 1820s for a sea captain. Sash windows at the front look across the sand and Weymouth Bay, while the rear windows face over chimney pots and rooftops towards the Radipole area. The beach, the nearest shop and the nearest pub are all 0.1 miles away, and Weymouth railway station is a short walk.

There is one king-size bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Living space is a sitting room with a Smart TV and a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating, WiFi, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included. A travel cot and highchair are available; bring your own bedding for the cot.

Access is by three flights of stairs, which may not suit anyone with limited mobility. Parking is one off-road space; for a second car, the pay-and-display car parks at Weymouth rail station (King Street) and The Swannery are about five minutes' walk away. There are no pets and no smoking. The apartment suits a couple or a solo traveller who want the bay on the doorstep and can manage the stairs.
