2 Hadleigh Villas

Every bedroom at 2 Hadleigh Villas has its own bathroom, which is the first thing to know about this Edwardian house in the centre of Lyme Regis. It is set over three floors with four bedrooms: three king-size and a twin, sleeping eight. Two of the en-suites have a bath and three have a walk-in shower, and one king-size bedroom is on the second floor.

The sitting room has bay windows and an open fire, and from here there are views to the bay. The kitchen/diner has a central wooden dining table and there is a utility room. Appliances include an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Heating is gas central heating, and there is a TV, DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi.

Outside, a terrace with a patio, a balcony and furniture overlooks the town and the bay beyond. A few steps lead to the large garden terrace. Parking is off-road for four cars.

In July and August the minimum stay is seven nights. A welcome hamper is waiting on arrival and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Rent includes fuel and power as well as bed linen and towels. The shop and pub are each 0.1 miles away. Dogs and other pets cannot stay, and the house is non-smoking. It suits two or three families sharing, or a group of friends, who want a private bathroom for every room.
