Fawley

Fawley is a detached four-bedroom house in Lyme Regis that sleeps up to eight. Off-road parking takes three cars, and gardens wrap around the house, with steps up to a lawn, a gravelled seating area to one side and an enclosed garden patio with furniture. The shop and pub are 0.3 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower and some views over Lyme Regis and the sea beyond. One double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other double and the twin are on the first floor and share a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower over it. There is also a cloakroom. The kitchen/diner has a range cooker, a microwave, two fridges and a washing machine, and the sitting room has an electric fire. A Smart TV, WiFi, an Alexa Bluetooth speaker and a gaming console are provided.

Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A welcome pack of milk, tea and locally sourced treats is waiting on arrival, and a highchair is available. Smoking is not allowed. It suits a family or group of up to eight with a pet, or anyone who wants a double bedroom on the ground floor without giving up the other three upstairs.
