Bell Cliff House

Bell Cliff House stands in the middle of Lyme Regis and spreads over three floors, with sea views from the roof terrace, which has its own furniture. A shop, a pub and the beach are all about 0.1 miles away. The living room and one of the two kitchens, a kitchen/diner, are on the first floor. The house also has a snug and a sun room, and the sun room is on the ground floor. Appliances include an AGA cooker with a gas hob, two dishwashers and a washing machine. There is a Smart TV and WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included.

There are three bedrooms: a king-size on the second floor with an en-suite bath and a shower over it, a double, and a smaller double that uses the ground-floor shower room. A bathroom adds a bath and a walk-in shower. Two pull-out single beds in the living room are for children only, and the house takes a maximum of six adults and two children. The log burners are not in use.

Stairs and level changes run throughout, the balcony and steep steps mean children must be supervised at all times, and head height is limited in the en-suite bathroom. One small to medium well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. It suits a family or two couples with children who are comfortable on stairs and want to be on foot from the door.
