Coram Cottage in Lyme Regis is arranged over three floors, and the first-floor sitting room opens onto a terrace with furniture, with views towards Golden Cap and the Jurassic Coast. The shop, the pub and the beach are all 0.4 miles away. Off-road parking takes two cars.

The ground floor holds a kitchen/diner, a utility room, a cloakroom and a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and an en-suite bath with a shower over it. The kitchen has a range-style cooker with a double electric oven and a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are two Smart TVs and WiFi, and gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Up the stairs is a second king-size bedroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower. At the top is a family room with a double sofa bed and twin beds. The cottage sleeps a maximum of six adults and two children. The enclosed rear gardens have a lawn, a patio and furniture, but they also have ponds, so children need to be supervised there and on the roof terrace reached from the first-floor lounge.

One dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The house suits a family or a group of friends who want a bedroom with an en-suite on the ground floor and the sitting room and terrace above.
