3 Beach Way House

3 Beach Way House is a one-bedroom apartment on the second floor, set behind the Marine Parade cottages in Lyme Regis. The open-plan living area holds the kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area, and its large windows look over the bay. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a TV and WiFi.

The apartment sleeps three. A short doorless passageway leads from the living space to the king-size bedroom, and the bathroom has a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. Electric heating is installed, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Guests arrive from Broad Street along a private path that starts beside the Galley Café, and a passageway runs from the property straight down to the beach. The path is uneven and the passageway steps are steep, so the flat is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or for children in pushchairs. No home on Marine Parade has its own parking; this one comes with a covered space for a single car off Poole's Court Road, within a 10-minute walk.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Shops, restaurants and pubs are 0.1 miles away. The apartment can be booked together with 2 Beach Way House through an adjoining door, giving a combined party of seven that includes one guest on a sofa bed. It suits a couple, or a party of three, who want a flat overlooking the bay with its own way down to the beach and who are fine with steps.
