Radium

Radium is a ground-floor apartment in a conversion of a Grade II listed building, a few minutes from the seafront in Lyme Regis. The living space is open plan: a sitting area with picture windows, a dining area and a kitchen with an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer. There is a TV, a DVD player and a CD player, and a hairdryer is supplied.

The one bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The apartment sleeps three. A highchair and a travel cot are provided. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Outside is a small patio with a garden bench. Off-road parking is for one car, but the way in is a narrow passageway about 1.9 metres wide with a kink halfway along, so a larger car will be hard to manoeuvre. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome and smoking is not allowed. The shop, the pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. It suits a couple or a small family of up to three, particularly with dogs in tow.
