Driftwood

Driftwood is a first-floor apartment in the heart of Lyme Regis. The open-plan living area has a sitting area beside shuttered windows, an ornamental fireplace, a dining table and a kitchen with an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washing machine. A TV, a DVD player and WiFi are provided, and the apartment has gas heating.

The apartment has one bedroom, a double with a writing table, a TV and wooden flooring. A single bed in the living area takes the party to three. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There is no parking at the apartment. A public car park is a short walk away, payable on site and subject to availability, and a long-stay car park nearby charges on site too. The stairs are narrow and may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Because the apartment is in the middle of town, there may be noise from the nearby bar. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

A shop is 0.2 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles, with Lyme Regis Museum a short walk. It suits a couple, or a family of three, who want to be central.
