3 Grange Villas

3 Grange Villas is a detached house in the village of Charmouth, arranged over three floors and sleeping eight. The second-floor king-size bedroom has an en-suite walk-in shower and looks over the village toward the cliffs. The first floor holds a second king-size, a twin and the child's bunk room, along with the family bathroom, which has a freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower.

Downstairs, an open-plan space combines the kitchen, dining table and sitting area, and a separate snug has its own Smart TV. The kitchen has an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, though pods are not supplied. A second Smart TV, a DVD player and a selection of books and games are provided, along with WiFi. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Patio doors at the back open to an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio seating, furniture and a sunken trampoline. Take care on the steps leading down into the garden. Off-road parking holds three cars, the shop and the pub are each 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 0.3 miles. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With a trampoline, a snug and a child's bunk room, the house suits a family with children, or two families sharing.
