Stone House

The Stone House is a traditional cottage over three floors in Charmouth, with five bedrooms and space for eight guests. There is a sitting room with a fireplace, a kitchen/diner with wood flooring and picture windows over the gardens, a utility room, a study and a cloakroom. Gas central heating is fitted, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

The bedrooms are a super-king-size, a king-size, a single and two twins on the second floor. One bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a shower room has a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a gas oven, grill and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, and there is a TV and WiFi.

The gardens are enclosed, with a patio and lawns, and parking is for two small cars. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.

Bookings must be at least four nights, no pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. There is a payphone at the property, and the sofas have feather cushions, so bear that in mind if anyone has allergies. The cottage is best for a large family or two families sharing, who want a garden to use all day and bedrooms spread over three floors.
