31 Bull Lane

31 Bull Lane is a terraced house in the middle of Maiden Newton, overlooking Hog Cliff National Nature Reserve, where a network of paths suits a dog walk. A small train station on the Wessex Line is moments away, with trains to Bristol and Weymouth, and a cycle path follows the River Frome to Dorchester.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a double, a second double with an en-suite walk-in shower, and a single. The additional bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements only, because no more than four guests may stay, and no children under 12 are allowed. A family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and a cloakroom downstairs has a basin and a WC. The ground floor has a kitchen and a living/dining room.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee maker. There are a TV and WiFi, electric central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. At the back, an enclosed garden has a lawn, a patio and furniture. Parking is available. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, smoking is not allowed, the minimum stay is seven nights, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits two couples, or a couple with older children, who want a garden and walks from the door.
