Willow

Willow has every room on the ground floor. It is a semi-detached barn conversion in the hamlet of Notton, and the village of Maiden Newton is just over a mile and a half away, with a train station and a cycle path and footpath that start straight from the barns.

French doors open from the living area to the patio garden, where there is furniture to sit out on. The living area is open plan, with the kitchen, dining space and a sofa facing an electric fire, and the heating is underfloor. The bedrooms are a king-size and a super-king-size whose beds are zip-linked and can be set as a twin on request. Each has its own en-suite wet room with a shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A TV and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels come with the rent. Off-road parking takes two cars. The shop is 1.5 miles away and the pub 1.6 miles.

Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, children under 12 are not accepted, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The property can be booked with a second one, sleeping up to eight guests together. It suits two couples, or a couple with a pet or two, who want a single-floor layout.
