4 Duck Street

4 Duck Street is a cottage in the village of Cerne Abbas that sleeps five, with a pub and a shop both 0.1 miles away. Parking is along the roadside nearby, so you leave the car there and walk to the door.

The sitting room has wooden flooring, an electric fire, shelves of books and a Smart TV with Sky access. It leads through to a kitchen/diner with a circular table, a range cooker with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A door from the kitchen opens to the patio. Upstairs is a shower room with a walk-in shower, plus a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower, a double and a single. Electric central heating is fitted, and WiFi is provided, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio, furniture and a bench, and children should be supervised outside because of the steps. Secure bike storage has a side entrance. A highchair and travel cot can be requested.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a supplement for the second dog. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage suits a family or friends who want a village base with room for two dogs and their bikes.
