4 Riverside Cottages stands beside the River Char in Charmouth and sleeps five across three bedrooms: a double, a single and a room of bunk beds. The double bed sits close to the ground, and the room has storage and a full-length mirror. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. The living space is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room.

Gas heating is fitted, with an electric fire stove in the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Smart TVs and wifi are provided.

The enclosed garden has a patio, furniture and shrubs. Parking is off-road for one car, with extra non-allocated parking on the road nearby. The nearest shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles. A maximum of two dogs are accepted.

There is no cot space, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The cottage sits very close to the summer fair, which runs from mid-July to the end of August, so ask about it when booking in that period. It suits a family of up to five, with up to two dogs.
