Hope Cottage - Charmouth

Hope Cottage in Charmouth sleeps five and welcomes two dogs, with additional charges. The pub, the shops and the beach are all within walking distance. Three steps go down to the front door.

The ground floor holds a lounge with a wood burner, a Smart TV and a DVD player, and a kitchen/diner. The first basket of logs is included from October to the end of April. In the kitchen there is an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a Nespresso machine, though the coffee pods are not provided. The house has central heating.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a single, and one double has far-reaching views across the countryside. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV and DVD player. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a WC and a heated towel rail.

Outside is an enclosed rear courtyard with seating, bordered by plants in pots, where you can eat at a table in the evening. Parking is unallocated and on the street. A travel cot and a highchair can be requested at the time of booking, but there is no stairgate. The cottage suits a family with children, or a couple with a dog, who want an easy walk to the beach.
