Dolphins Leap

Dolphins Leap is a single-storey house in Charmouth with two bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin. A second shower room has a walk-in shower, and an additional guest can sleep on a sofa bed, which brings the total to five. The kitchen/diner has a woodburning stove and a pool table, while the conservatory sitting room opens onto a decking area with seating. From there the view runs across hills and cliffs to the sea beyond.

Gas heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Wifi comes with the house, along with a TV, DVD player, CD player, radio and iPod dock.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio, a lawn and furniture, and the off-road parking takes three cars. The nearest shop is 0.4 miles away and the nearest pub 0.3 miles. Up to three dogs are accepted.

Bookings need a minimum of three nights, smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. With everything on one level, the house suits a family or small group of up to five, particularly one travelling with a dog or two.
