Admiral's Retreat

Admiral's Retreat is a one-bedroom apartment for two in Weymouth, in a complex of mews houses and town houses used for holiday and residential homes. The bedroom has a king-size bed and patio doors onto the patio, and looks over Newton's Cove.

One full flight of stairs leads from the entrance to the apartment. A hall leads to the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over, and the open-plan sitting room, kitchen and diner has patio doors to the patio and a shared garden area. Once inside, everything is on one level.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The living area has a 42-inch smart TV that plays on-demand apps, a DVD and CD player, and WiFi. An electric boiler supplies heating and hot water, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Guests have an allocated parking space within an electronically gated parking area, and the nearest pay and display car park is the Nothe Car Park, a few minutes' walk away. Babies are welcome but the apartment is not suitable for children. Changeover is on Saturdays only, and pets and smoking are not allowed. The Nothe Gardens are within walking distance, and Brewers Quay and Hope Square are a short stroll. It suits a couple who are comfortable with a flight of stairs and want the harbour on foot.
