Edwardian villa in Gillingham for five, three dogs welcome

Bay Villa is a semi-detached Edwardian house in Gillingham, the most northerly town in Dorset, with Motcombe nearby. It sleeps five in three bedrooms: a king-size room with a bay window, a compact double, and a single with a day bed.

Downstairs, the lounge has a wood burner (the first basket of logs is included) and a TV, and a separate dining room sits off the central hallway. The kitchen has a range-style electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and a utility area next to it holds a WC, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Upstairs, the bathroom has a slipper bath, a shower and a WC.

The sloping parking area at the front takes four cars off the road. The house has a secure enclosed garden with a small lawn, a patio with furniture and a charcoal BBQ. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available, and a choice of shops, pubs and cafes is within walking distance.

Up to three dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. Bay Villa suits a family of up to five, or a couple travelling with dogs, who want a house in town with a garden.
