Beach Retreat - Eype

Beach Retreat is a single-storey cottage in Eype, the Dorset village below Golden Cap, and it sleeps four. The open-plan living and dining room has French doors with glimpses of the sea. A shop, a pub and the beach are all within walking distance, and the space for one car is directly outside the door.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms have super-king-size zip-and-link beds, which can each be set up as twins on request. Neither has its own bathroom, so all four guests share the one with a shower over the bath and a WC, and a separate WC holds the washer/dryer. There is a Smart TV with a DVD player, and a DAB radio.

Outside is an enclosed decked area with garden furniture, a gas BBQ and a sun lounger, enough for meals in the open air. The open-plan room inside has a dining area and sofas for watching TV. Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
