Sandpiper Chalet

Sandpiper Chalet stands in the grounds of Eype Mouth Chalet Park, in Eype, and everything is on the ground floor. The open-plan room holds the kitchen, dining table and sitting area, and its patio doors look out over the coastline, so it is in view from the sofa as well as from the patio, which has its own furniture.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You also get a TV, a DVD player and WiFi.

Off-road parking is ample. The beach, a mix of pebble and sand, is 0.2 miles from the chalet, and the pub, The New Inn, is 0.4 miles away and has a terraced garden and a log burner. The nearest shop is a mile off, and walkers can pick up the South West Coast Path towards West Bay or Charmouth. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

With one king-size and one twin room, the chalet suits a small family or two couples travelling together.
