Blue Waters is a holiday home on the outskirts of Weymouth, with RSPB Lodmoor 0.4 miles away and the beach 1.6 miles. The shop is a mile off and the nearest pub 1.2 miles. Kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan room, equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge, a Smart TV and WiFi. Lodmoor Country Park and the RSPB reserve are the nearest places for a walk or some birdwatching, and the town can be reached on foot.
The single bedroom has a super-king-size bed, a Juliet balcony and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Two guests is the limit. Central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. The views around the property are rural.
Out the back is a garden with lawn, decking, furniture and a barbecue. Access is through the garden via a side gate, and there are steps in the garden, so take care. The owner lives next door. There is one off-road parking space. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. Stays are limited to a maximum of seven nights. There are no pets and no smoking. It suits a couple who want a garden and a barbecue for a break of up to a week.
