Brewers House

Brewers House is a Victorian three-storey terrace in a quiet area of Weymouth, moments from Brewers Quay and the old harbour. The ground floor has a sitting room with a gas flame-effect fire, a kitchen/diner and a small sun room that opens onto the rear garden. The kitchen has an induction hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a microwave, and the house also has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The first floor holds a large main bedroom and a twin that faces the garden, along with a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. Up on the second floor are another double, a single and a shower room, which brings the total to four bedrooms and seven guests. Those second-floor stairs are steeper than usual and may not suit guests with limited mobility.

The enclosed garden at the back has a lawn, a patio and a gravelled area with furniture. Parking is in a garage. The harbour, Nothe Gardens, Newton's Cove beach and Brewers Quay are all under a mile away, and the town beach and town centre are a little over a mile, about 15 minutes on foot. The nearest pub is within 0.3 miles, and a cot and highchair are available.

No pets and no smoking; a good-housekeeping bond applies. It works for two families or a group of friends who plan to explore Weymouth on foot and don't mind the climb to the top floor.
