Fisherbridge Cottage

Fisherbridge Cottage is a stone-fronted, detached house in the coastal village of Preston, in Weymouth. A shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, with three pubs and two convenience stores within moments of the door. From the cottage you can walk to the coast path at Bowleaze Cove, while Weymouth's beach and harbour are a short drive.

The sitting room has a woodburning stove and a smart TV, and the kitchen and diner has a dining table that extends to seat eight. The kitchen has an electric combi oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, and a utility room holds the washer-dryer and a tumble dryer. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Four bedrooms sleep seven: a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, two further doubles and a single. There are two bathrooms: the en-suite shower room and a family bathroom with a bath, a handheld shower and a walk-in shower. A separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. The garden is enclosed, with lawn, patio and furniture. Parking is for two cars on a driveway that is shared and steep, and the allocated spaces should be used so neighbours are not blocked in. Stag and hen parties and working bookings are not accepted, and pets and smoking are not allowed. Over the July and August school holidays and the Christmas period only weekly bookings are taken; at other times the minimum stay is three nights. It suits a family or a group of friends of up to seven, and the dining table extends to seat eight.
