Still Waters

Still Waters is a three-storey house in Weymouth, with the beach 0.1 miles away and the nearest shop and pub 0.2 miles. Off-road parking takes one car. A courtyard has a patio and a picnic bench.

Four bedrooms spread over the floors: a double, a twin, a single with a trundle, and a second-floor double with a Smart TV. The Velux windows in that top room give sea views and glimpses of the beach. The house sleeps seven. The one bathroom has a bath, a handheld shower, a basin and a WC, and there is a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC.

An open-plan space combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine, with a kettle and toaster. There is a TV, a DVD player and WiFi, and gas central heating. Nothing extra is charged for fuel, power, bed linen or towels.

A travel cot and highchair can be provided. The house is non-smoking and pets cannot stay. The house suits a family or a group of friends of up to seven who want the sea close by and do not mind bedrooms spread over three floors.
