Mutiny House

Mutiny House is next to the Old Harbour in Weymouth, a short way from Brewers Quay, and there are harbour views from the house. Hope Square, with its restaurants, cafes and tea rooms, is close, and a row boat ferry crosses the harbour to the beach.

Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor: a double with an en-suite shower, a twin single with a pull-out bed, and a single. The first-floor double has an en-suite shower in the corner of the room. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a bath and shower over, which makes three bathrooms with the two en-suites, and a cloakroom is reached from the landing.

Living space is on the first floor, where the kitchen has a breakfast bar and the dining area sits beside a sitting area with a woodburner. No logs are supplied. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. Cot and high chair are available. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. A shop and pub are 5 minutes away, and the beach is 1 mile off.

A parking permit for Zone L roadside parking is available, subject to spaces. Arrivals are on Saturdays only, and a booking that runs past the standard changeover day is accepted only as a two-week stay. The booking carries a good-housekeeping bond. Smoking is not permitted and pets cannot stay. A small rear yard sits at the back. The house suits a family or group of seven who want bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs.
