Brewers Retreat

Brewers Retreat is a one-bedroom holiday home in Weymouth, with every room on the ground floor. The layout is simple: a kitchen, a living/dining room, one double bedroom and one shower room. One car has an allocated space off the road. The pub is 0.4 miles away, the shop 0.5 miles and the beach 0.7 miles, so a short walk covers all three. Places to eat nearby include The Galley Bistro, The Red Lion and The Crows Nest. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.

The living and dining room has its own TV, and the kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave and a fridge. A second TV sits in the bedroom, a double with plenty of storage. Central heating and WiFi are included, along with fuel and power, bed linen and towels, so nothing extra is needed for the bed or the bathroom.

The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. The cottage has one bedroom, so it is a place for two people rather than a family.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed. It suits a couple who want a self-contained single-level base within walking distance of the pub and the shop, with a space for one car.
